Megan: I stopped at Kwik Trip and bought myself some orange juice and some m&m cookies. I'm sure the woman working was thrilled to have her cigarette break interrupted by some junkie-looking girl (as you now tell me I appear to be) coming in at two in the morning for a little fucking midnight snack. I just wanted a goddamn cookie. But I am really, really glad that you came and picked me up from Kmart because after tonight I feel normal again. I remember what it's like to be Anna and drink a pot of coffee at midnight. I've been in this goddamn house for way too long. And that's all I've got for tonight. It's all for Megan. | . |
